How To Apply For

School Bus Passes

Coolum Coaches Processes Your Request

Once we receive your form, Coolum Coaches will process your request within 48 hours and be in touch via email.

Receive an Email with Access to the Coolum Coaches Tracker App

You will receive an email from Coolum Coaches with login details for the Coolum Coaches Tracker App. Here, you can:

– Track your bus in real-time
– Make payments to your account
– Make bookings for when the student will be catching the bus

If you’re new to our bus service this year, your bus pass will be given to the bus driver for your child to collect on their first trip.

Need Government Assistance?

You may be eligible for Government Transport Assistance. To apply, please fill out the Government Transport Assistance Application. The Department of Transport typically processes applications within 14 days and will contact you directly if you qualify.

If you receive approval from the Department of Transport, please forward the approval to [email protected] so we can apply the assistance to your account.

Replacement Bus Passes

If your child misplaces their bus pass a new one can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. Please note, there may be costs associated with a new bus pass.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a set of behavioral guidelines for students to follow when traveling on school buses. It was developed in consultation with the Department of Education and Training, the Queensland Police Service, Bus industry groups, parent groups, principals associations, unions and non-state school authorities.

No Bus Pass, No Travel

All Students need to have a bus pass whether they are free travel, pay a top up fare or a full fare. Payments can be made on your Coolum Coaches Tracker App. If you do not have a bus pass, please apply here.
